Shanghai CHENZHU Participates in Forging Machinery Industry Summit, Discussing New Developments in Machinery Safety

From October 2022, 2025, the 9th Member Congress and Leadership Transition Meeting of the Forging Machinery Branch of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association was successfully held in Nanjing.

Organized by the Forging Machinery Branch and co-sponsored by Shanghai CHENZHU Instrument Co., Ltd.and other enterprises, the event was attended by over 100 participants, including Wang Liming, Executive Vice Chairman of the association, Li Mingming, Deputy Director of the General Office, and representatives from member companies. Together, they explored pathways for industrial transformation, upgrading, and technological innovation.

During the congress, the election of the 9th Council of the Forging Machinery Branch was completed. The newly appointed Chairman, Zhang Bo, emphasized that the council would focus on serving the industry, addressing member needs, building efficient communication platforms, and promoting sustainable and healthy development.

In the special report session, Zhou Ting, Vice Chairperson of Shanghai CHENZHU Instrument Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Under Strong Standards, Choices for Global ExpansionTransforming Safety Compliance from a Cost Center into a Growth Engine." She analyzed the practical application of machinery safety technologies under new national standards, offering strategies to help companies shift from treating compliance as a cost to leveraging it as a driver for growth in domestic and international markets.

From October 28 to 31, the 2025 Annual Meeting and Standards Review Conference of the National Technical Committee 220 on Forging Machinery (SAC/TC220) was grandly held in Lanzhou, Gansu. With the theme "Improving the Standard System to Empower Industrial Upgrading" the event gathered leading experts to chart a path for high-quality development in Chinas forging machinery sector.

Zhang Long, Safety Service Manager at Shanghai CHENZHU, presented a report titled "Practical Implementation of Forging Standards Enabled by Domestic Safety Solutions." He shared concrete implementation methods for safety standards in forging machinery and introduced how high-performance, reliable, and supply-stable domestic safety relays can provide enterprises with feasible technical pathways and cost-optimized solutions during standard adoption.

Safety relays utilize redundant circuit designs and forced-guided contact structures to detect faults and promptly cut off power sources, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

CHENZHU Safety Relay Series are certified internationally, these relays prevent hazardous failures such as contact welding, significantly enhancing equipment safety, which is ideal for forging machinery, smart manufacturing, and other fields requiring reliable safety assurance.

The control system has a single safety function.

Product Highlights:

CZSR Classic Series Safety Relays: High-quality, widely applicable classic safety relays suitable for various safety signal inputs.

CZSR Classic.C Series Safety Relays: Cost-effective, fully domestic safety relays designed for emergency stops, safety gates, and PNP-type safety light curtains.

The control system has fewer than 10 safety functions.

CZSR Smart Series Safety Relays: A configurable safety relay with comprehensive functions and flexible configuration. Various safety signal inputs and multiple safety functions can be configured via configuration software.

With years of expertise, Shanghai CHENZHU led the drafting of "Safety Relays for Machinery SafetyTechnical Conditions (GB/T 38225-2019)", a standard that filled a domestic gap and received the Second Prize of the Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award jointly issued by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. Recently, as a primary drafting unit, CHENZHU contributed to the national standard "Safety of MachinerySafety-Related Parts of Control SystemsPart 1: General Principles for Design (GB/T 16855.1-2025)."

Looking ahead, Shanghai CHENZHU will continue to collaborate with industry partners to help build more efficient and safer production environments, driving the transformation of machinery safety from compliance requirements to value creation and advancing toward high-quality development.
