In the three-phase power supply system, the line voltage (L-L) is 380VAC, while the phase voltage (L-N; L-PE; L-PEN) is 220VAC. SPD is normally only used between L-N, L-PE or L-PEN of which the Un is 220VAC. So UC = 320VAC will be big enough.
