Conventional relays cannot distinguish between genuine disconnection and pseudo disconnection. When contacts are welded shut, the normally closed (NC) contacts may remain closed, which easily triggers false safety statuses.
Featuring a mechanical interlock structure, force-guided relays ensure strict state interlocking between normally open (NO) and NC contacts. Once the main contacts stick together, the NC contacts are guaranteed to stay open. This enables the system to detect faults instantly and execute an emergency stop.
-Integrated rigid connecting rod: All contacts share a unified mechanical constraint structure, minimizing the impact of assembly tolerances and delivering more dependable physical interlocking.
-8mm creepage distance: The creepage distance and clearance between coils and contacts reach 8mm, capable of withstanding 10kV surge voltage (1.2/50µs).
-AgSnO₂ contacts: Excellent resistance to welding and arc erosion, fully complying with the "mandatory disconnection" requirements of safety circuits.
