The '%' of conversion accuracy is relative to its range. Take the larger value between the range error and the absolute error when applying.

For example RTD Pt100 input isolated barrier, its range is between 0~100℃.

Its range error=（100℃-0℃）X0.1%=0.1℃<0.2℃. So its conversion accuracy is 0.2℃.
