Shanghai Chenzhu instrument co.,LTD(hereinafter referred to as Chenzhu) carries out the technical innovation guiding ideology of reconfigurable module design and implements the whole-process manufacturing strategy of "start from design, be skilled in process, focus on process and assemble".
8~12% of annual sales is input for product development and innovation, the R&D team accounts for 28% of the total staff(among them, postgraduate accounts for 30%, intermediate and senior engineer accounts for 50%). R&D center of Chenzhu has established research and development system by the standard of China national standard and IEC international standard, protection electronic products and equipment with essential safety explosion protection products as main products to realize the management through life cycle form.
The R&D center of Chenzhu has dependent lab, equips with perfect test equipment, more than 20 domestic and foreign experimental equipments. It also can assume that more than 50 Instrument performance tests. Main experiment project includes : function safety requirements of electromagnetic compatibility test, 200 ka surge impact test (same brand model with Shanghai lightning protection center), electrical safety performance test, three comprehensive test chamber for temperature, humidity, vibration, vibration test stand, PCBA temperature distribution test, accelerated reliability test and long-term reliability test, etc.

Among them, the lightning strike laboratory of the chenzhu research and development laboratory invested 1 million to complete the construction, which can reach 220kA, and can achieve the test of 8/20us waveform, 10/350us waveform, combined wave and motion load by charging large capacitors and discharging ball gap.The R&D team of chenzhu has conducted destructive tests on key components of SPD in batches, and made quality checks to ensure the quality of components.
